If you are unhappy with your order for any reason just return it to Inkquik, at the address below, within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt for a full refund.
If one of our cartridges fails to work within 180 days of purchase contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in fixing the problem. If we are unable to help you remedy the problem we will replace the cartridge for you.
By accepting a replacement cartridge the customer agrees to return the defective cartridge to Inkquik using a pre-paid postage label provided by Inkquik within 30 days of receipt of the replacement. If the defective cartridge is not returned within the 30 day period Inkquik will charge the customer's card for the replacement cartridge.
