Am I safe using my credit card to order from your site?

How long have you been in business?
 
We have been in business since 2000 at this same location, Inkquik.com.

 

How are you able to offer such low prices?
 
We deal in volume. We'd rather make a little bit of money from each customer selling more cartridges than a lot of money from a few customers selling fewer cartridges. Word-of-mouth is our best advertising. If we save you money and offer great service you're most likely to tell someone else.

 

How come you don't charge a sales tax?
 
We're located in Oregon, which has no sales tax, and do not have a presence in any other state so we are not required to collect sales tax from Oregon residents or anyone else. Everyone saves!

 

How do I know which cartridge my printer uses?
 
You can select your printer brand from our main page and it will take you to a page listing all of the models of that brand that we carry cartridges for. Click on your model and you're presented with all of the cartridges we sell for your printer.

 

Do you plan to offer cartridges for other models and brands of printers?
 
Absolutely! We are continually adding new cartridges and when we do you can plan on our prices being some of the lowest.

 

Why don't you have a phone line for orders and questions?
 
Inkquik is 100% Internet-based. By not having a toll free line, operators and phone system we lower our overhead which allows us to offer our low prices. If you have any questions or comments you can email them to us using the form on the Contact page or send them to cs@inkquik.com. We will respond promptly, sometimes within minutes.

 

What if I'm unhappy with my order?
 
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail and UPS and most arrive in 3 days or less. What's nice about using the US Postal Service is that it allows us to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses and they deliver on Saturday for no extra charge, unlike UPS and FedEx. 99% of orders placed by 3 PM Pacific Time ship the same day.

 

How much is shipping?
 
Only $3.95 regardless of your order size! You can order 1 or 100+, it's still only $3.95!

 

Do you ship Internationally?
 
Sorry, we don't. We do however ship to APO, FPO and US territory addresses though via US Postal Priority Mail for the same $3.95 flat-rate.
